Talisman is a clean energy recruitment business with a team of over 50 recruiters and a strong reputation across engineering and construction. With an established client base, leadership saw an opportunity to expand into adjacent sectors, specifically finance and legal, by leveraging existing relationships rather than starting from scratch.
Despite strong client relationships, visibility was limited. Within large organisations Talisman already worked with, it was difficult to identify where hiring activity was happening outside of their core engineering remit. Opportunities across finance and legal teams existed, but they were fragmented across departments.
