Context

Multiply Talent operates as a high end search firm supporting some of the most progressive AI startups globally. Their work focuses on placing elite AI, Machine Learning, and Quantitative talent into technically complex, high-impact roles.

The Problem

LinkedIn represented only a small part of the signal required to identify elite AI, ML, and Quant talent. Critical insight lived across fragmented sources such as GitHub, Google Scholar, academic research, institutions, publications, and career history, making manual identification slow and highly reactive.

Many of these candidates followed predictable career cycles tied to tenure and project completion, but there was no system in place to capture or act on this intelligence in advance.

What We Built

A custom talent intelligence engine designed to aggregate advanced technical data into a single source of truth. The system unified multiple data sources to identify high-impact AI, ML, and Quant talent, while layering in predictive signals to anticipate when candidates were most likely to move.

This enabled Multiply Talent to plan candidate acquisition strategies up to 12 months in advance, engaging candidates proactively at the point of highest intent rather than competing reactively in the open market.
